Microdevices and nanoprobes for life science applications and nanostructure investigation Microelectrode Arrays With more than 20 years of engineering and production
experience we produce microelectrode arrays (MEA) for scientific applications
in neuroscience, cardiovascular research and neurotechnology. In more than 500 laboratories
worldwide our MEAs are routinely used as the standard tool for extracellular
electrophysiological investigations in cell and tissue culture. SNOM/NSOM probes At present, production of SNOM probes is
established in the new cleanroom facility of the NMI. Based on the unique
technology and know-how of the former NASCATEC team we produce Cantilever-based
SNOM probes (CSP) with application-specific aperture size. These probes have
been applied and validated in recent years by many users for surface
investigation in nano- and biotechnology.
